The half marathon event at the Inverloch Running Festival starts and finishes at the picturesque Glades in Inverloch, taking runners on an out-and-back route to Marine Park Drive just outside of Cape Patterson. This scenic coastal course showcases the best of Victoria’s Bass Coast, offering stunning ocean views and a mix of terrains to challenge and inspire runners.

The race begins at the Glades, where you'll head south along the Bunurong Coastal Drive, passing notable landmarks such as the Inverloch Surf Beach and Flat Rocks with its expansive rock platforms. Continuing along the undulating coastal road, you'll reach the turnaround point at Marine Park Drive, where you can catch your breath and take in the beautiful surroundings before heading back to Inverloch. The return journey offers another chance to enjoy the coastal scenery and vibrant beach communities, culminating in a celebratory finish back at the Glades. This half marathon is designed for runners of all levels, promising a memorable and exhilarating experience.
